Injector pinhead is one of the most important medical treatmentappliances, and expert indicated that in the future it must be the greatestpotentiality and the fastest increase in china. From the point of view ofbionics, the thesis is engaged to study the drag reduction of bionicsnon-smooth surface, then to design a kind of biomimetic non-smoothmorphology for the pinhead surface according to the piercing-suckingmouthpart of insects and the non-smooth surface of the soil animals. Thepresent investigation perfects and expands the theory and the application ofengineering bionics, and lays the theory foundation on future study ofpainless syringe. This thesis consists of two parts as a whole. One part is design andmachining, the other is experiments. In the first part, we design three kindsconfigurations including wave form and hackle form and concave form andthe parameter of the configurations. This thesis employed laser re-meltingand hardening and roller technology and manufactured the bionicnon-smoothness on the pinhead surface. The second part of the thesis is the experiments. According to experimentoptimized technology experiment scheme was arranged. Considering the actual livingcreatures' morphology and the scientific research results of our lab, four experimentalfactors and three experimental levels were chosen. Experimental target is the frictionbetween the skin and pinhead wall. It was shown in the experimental results that thebionic non-smooth morphology decreased the friction of surfaces, and the rate of thedrag reduction reached the maximum value when the non-smooth form was wave ofwhich depth was 65 micron and space was 75 micron and width was 100 micron. This paper includes five chapters. Chapter 1 was introduction, whichmainly introduced the development history and the current researchsituation of syringe and the method of bionics in this area, and explained theaim and the significance of this research work. Chapter 2 introduced themechanism of drag reduction of bionic non-smooth form. Chapter 3 mainlydesigned and manufactured the bionic non-smooth surface of injectorpinhead. Chapter 4 described the experiments on friction between the skinand the bionic non-smooth surface of pinhead, and confirmed the materialparameter of non-smooth form which has the best capability of dragreduction .Chapter 5 was conclusions.
