Firstly, the thesis narrated the developing level and research about the UPPC structure in domestic and international, and a set of mechanical characters, material nonlinear, geometric nonlinear was analysed. Secondly, it indentified the method adopted in the finite elements method nonliear analysis which contains the relationship of the stress and the strain for material, hardening models, cracking models and the solution of nonliear equations. Then the experiment of UPPC small-siged girder, and a simulate analysis of the loading process was introduced. The comparison of experiment value, ANSYS calculation value and the standard value, given a good result which is proved the finite element model of UPPC is right and the way of the simulate analysis is credibility.Through the mechanical simulate analysis of UPPC, the relationship of the stress and strain, the deformation performance were discussed. Then it analysed the influence of prestressing cables shapes and synthesis steel ratio to the limit stress increment of UPP the prestressing and loading stages at the same time.
