| As the power source of vehicle, whether the performances of engine are good or bad, that affecting the power performance, economic performance, emissions performance, as well as affecting the reliability and wear performances of the whole vehicle. Along with the come forth of the vehicle's new technic, people demand higher and higher performance and a better performance represent in a wider working range of engine. This paper introduced the status quo and problems of engine study, supporting with the suited advanced engine technology of camshaftless valve actuation, etc, it put forward the multiple working mode theory of engine through innovation in the structure and working theory of reciprocating piston engine, explaining MWM(Multiple Working Mode) engine's working theory of two-stroke mode, four-stroke mode, six-stroke mode, conversion among different working mode and variable-compression ratio. MWM engine add an exhaust port at a four-stroke engine cylinder wall, and it be controlled to opening or close by a valve, this structure can make the engine has different working mode by different valve working together.This paper got the optimization parameter of MWM engine's main parts through programme by Matlab's M file, built the entity model of parts using SolidWorks three-dimensional software. After assembly the MWM engine's parts into virtual prototyping, this paper gained the optimization structure and movement parameter of MWM engine, eliminate the static interference and dynamic interference by simulating MWM engine's different working mode and working process. This paper chose the best one "Top-in and Side-out" from three kinds of gas exchange process of two-stroke mode through analyzed them respectively by Flowizard software using the method of numerical simulation in crock.MWM engine makes the conversion among two-stroke mode, four-stroke mode and six-stroke mode of one engine come true in theory, filles in the blank with 1/3 which is the ratio of total strokes to working strokes in single working cycle of engine, possessing the continuous variable compression ratio of a certain range at the same time, combines the advantages of two-stroke engine and four-stroke engine, expandes the working range of engine greatly. |
