On the background of Aeronautics and Astronautics requirement, along with the line of modularization of fiber optic smart structure, aimed at the safety matter of aerofoil pivotal parts, build optic fiber smart layer self-diagnosing system. In the thesis the discussion as following:In chapter one, the research expounds idea and design method of the fiber optic smart layer, information processing method of self-diagnosing function is discussed. Then raise the key question about integration of optic fiber smart structure.In chapter two, working principle of fiber optic sensor is introduced, on the basis of the principle. the paper probed the normal form and multiplexing principle for fiber optic sensor networks, and the technical point.In chapter three, the concept and Processing technology of the fiber optic smart layer are discussed, test for the mechanical and sensor capability, the result shows that fiber optic smart layer is able to use for the structural health monitoring.In chapter four, distributed Fiber Bragg Grating sensor network is designed, which adopted wavelength-encoded measuring schemes, built up linear array fiber optic sensor network with application of wavelength division multiplexing technology and embedded inside smart layer. Self-diagnosing system based on the fiber optic smart network is built, which function is force identification of wing box.In chapter five, algorithm of load identification is discussed in detail. Levenberg–Marquardt algorithm and Generalized Regression Neural Network are used to identify the position and degree of the one load on the surface of the airfoil, correlation analysis algorithm of multi-load identification is also proposed in the paper. System reliability and so on are tested and proved fully, so the result is satisfying.
