The hot-blast stove is a kind of cross occupational lines industrial equipment, involving agricultural products processing, food processing, light industry, lumber, chemical industry, metallurgy, civil construction department and so on. At present domestic and foreign has developed many kinds of structural style hot-blast stove, such as pipe-free hot-blast stove, pipe hot-blast stove, heat pipe hot-blast stove and carrier heating hot-blast stove. These kinds of hot-blast stove mainly all heat up the cold air using the sensible heat, the exhaust gas temperature is generally in 150°C~250°C and the practical thermal efficiency is limited about 85%. Therefore we need use one kind of new technology to solve this thermal efficiency bottleneck problem, and under this kind of form the condensation gas-fires hot-blast stove is produced.The developed countries from last century 70's start to study the condensation heat transfer, and have obtained successful application. But at present the condensation heat interchanger applying in hot-blast stove has not reported. This dissertation proposes the condensation gas-fired hot-blast stove which can use the calorific value of fuel fully, breaking the conventional hot-blast stove designed code which need prevent the steam condensing. It can maximum reduce the exhaust gas temperature and the thermal efficiency can be enhanced tol07%-109%.This dissertation introduces several structure forms about the normal heating hot-blast stove, analyzes the characteristic of the hot-blast stove's heat exchange system, studies the heat-exchanger surface and material's choose, studies the basic thermal characteristic about the condensation and advances the basic calculation methods for condensation heat exchange. Studies the fuel kinds, the exit gas temperature of the hot air furnace, the excess air coefficient and the air moisture and temperature' influence for waste heat loss. Studies the oxygen-enhanced combustion for condensation gas-fired hot air furnace's influence and advances the dew point calculation formula for the oxygen-enhanced combustion hot air furnace.
