with the rapid development of the economic construction in our country development, the highway construction has been more and more, and the method of processing soft soil has been more and more too. The pile-net composite foundation is considered a new method of soft foundation treatment in recent years. It has obtained some success in many engineering projects. The method unifies effectively horizontal strengthen body and vertical strengthen body. In the road soft base treatment, the method can enhance the ground supporting capacity, reduce the settlement and different settlement of the embankment simultaneously. So it can successfully solve the "to jump off' phenomenon in the abutment section, and receives the consideration gradually in the geotechnical engineering. But at present, some researchs are only limited to the project practice, and the theory researchs are still at the initial stage. This article makes some simple theoretical analyses and researchs by unifying a concrete project. Therefore, the paper firstly analyzes the work mechanism of the pile-net composite foundation, it simply introduced the reinforcement mechanism of the composition material and the plain concrete pile.Nextly, according to predecessor's research results, the paper furtherly analyzes the work mechanism of the pile - net composite foundation using theory knowledge, infers the formula of the pile-soil stress ratio. And some factors that influence the pile-soil stress ratio are studied according to the actual pile-soil stress ratio data. The influence factors considered include the pile length, pile spacing, soil modulus, etc. Finally, taking material nonlinear into account, some tentative analysis and numerical analysis have been done by finite element software-ANSYS. It summarizes some basic regularity of the load transferring and variation along depth, supporting characters, deformation characters etc.
