Ice-ball cool storage system is the main cool storage system, it needs simple equipments and low technology, it has high Reliability, little resistance and good heat transfer performance. It is widely used in ice cool storage air condition system. Ice-ball cool storage system using PCM (phase change material) capsules is the main equipment in the ice-ball cool storage system, it' s peculiarity can affect theperformance of ice cool storage system. It is best that studing it basised on simulation for the complication compared with others.The heat tranfer model is developed and numerically calculated in the articl, effects of the heat performance, geometry parameter of PCM capsules and coolant mass condition on the performance of PCM capsules are analysed. Experimention of ice cool storage air condition system is developed, the model is verified. It can be used for designing, management and analyzing the dynamic characteristics and heat transfer performance of ice-ball cool storage system using PCM capsules.
