After the oil well has been put into production, usually, it has many layers, there is oil/water two phase or oil/gas/water three phase in the borehole. Specially, in our country, a majority of oil field have high water production wells. In order to increase the output, the oil field has increased the layer even exploited the layer which is low output, low penetrability, low interspace. The output section logging under the product state, mainly measured parameters are flux, temperature, watercut, pressure of the two phase or three phase under the different deep in the borehole. It can track the dynamic change of the oil well, know the yield of each layer, take care the status of the each layer and waterlogging. After that, we can get the dynamic change rule of the each oil well in the area which in the exploited process, so that, we can take some measures for the exploitation of the oil well.This paper amply discusses the investigation and design of conductance cross-correlation flowmeter, it includes the design of the conductance cross-correlation flow sensor, the design of the prompting source circuit, the design of the signal conditioning circuit under the well, the design of the signal incepting circuit on the floor and the design of the software. There are two design methods: analog mode and digital mode. The flowmeter provides one core cable to supply power for the packer and downhole circuit of the flowmeter, at the same time, the signal transmit through the cable. This task design the flowmeter don't have the correlator under the well, the two flow signal be adapted by computer, the computer complete the display and storage of the date. This method of design avoids the date loss under the high pressure and temperature, improves the reliability and stability of the flowmeter, reduces the cost of the logging.
