With the comparison of them, you can see the advantages of the latter with the same nominal diameter, it is more sufficient, convenient and efficient; At last, in the integral optimization design of fixed tube plate heat exchanger, linear weighting method is adopted. The optimization can be done with the specific parameters, the objective function and confinements are defined, satisfied results can be obtained.
