These vibrations and their coupled vibrations are the main reasons that affect the smoothly, comfort, safety of automobile and parts service lives. This text will research the whole car vibration characteristic from motor system, run system and seats in the way of theory research with test research.In this article, from the dynamic analysis of the four-wheel vehicle, we established the mechanical model of eight degrees of freedom . We could also get coupled vibration equations for the vehicle of four point-random excitation according calculation. The method that dividing a matrix to blocks could get the system transfer matrix. Choosing NHR ISUZU to be the kind car, making use of DH?922 dynamic signal test analysis system to test driving bridge, vehicle frame, compartment, driver chair and rear row chairs, acquire their vibration acceleration on different road in dissimilarity speed. Then comparing and processing these data, analyze the influence of motor vibration, road situation and speed to the vehicle vibration. The results manifest that, three factors vibration have different influence to the vehicle vibration degree, and the power is also different. Investigate and improve the method and measure of whole vehicle vibration according this results. |
