| The industry optical fiber endoscope whose luminiferous device is acid solution optical fiber image bundle, its advantages are that its structure is simple, it can bend the light path and flexibility is good, the body can not be taken down, so it is widely used nondestructive examination (NDE) and repairing field.In this study, the system structure of industry optical fiber endoscope is designed. The optical fiber luminiferous bundle, acid solution optical fiber image bundle, light source, objective lens, eye lens and so on are majorly defined. The experiment uses the 50W bromine wolframium lamp as the cold light source. The light access the optical fiber luminiferous bundle after being turned out. The efficiency is twice as much as direct coupling. The monofil diameter of the optical fiber luminiferous bundle is 55 μm. The numerical aperture is 0.6. Ten optical fiber luminiferous bundle uniformly surround the acid solution optical fiber image bundle, which improves the homogeneity and lightness of system. Acid solution optical fiber image bundle in this study is adopted. The monofil diameter is 10μm, the numerical aperture is 0.58, The diameter of bundle is 1.4 mm, the picture element is 16000, which enhances the system resolution. The objective lens designed is telephoto lens, which improves the observation range of system. |
