With the PC 104-486 industrial computer as the control kernel, this thesis has developed an intelligent instrument which has measurement and control function of the aero-air pressure and display function in order to detecting the aero-air parameter instruments of the aeroplane. And some research works have also been done concerning the method of measurement and control of the aero-pressure system.The high precision harmonic aero-pressure sensor and the special F/D converter FDC9201 have been used in the aero-air pressure measurement.In order to increase the measurement precision, some methods such as the method of measuring period in freaquency measurement, double data linearization in fusing the freaquency and the temperature data have been used in the software design.In the aero-pressure control system, the high precision Aero-air parameter standard instrument ranging from 8 mmHg to 2200mmHg has been realized by using SMC VQ110D high speed on-off electromagnetic valves and the intelligent PID control methods.Experiments show that the Aero-air parameter standard instrument has the advantages of high work stability, high precision, favorable using interface and so on.
