Research On Full Bridge Resonant Pulsation Laser Power Supply With CPLD

This paper presents a full bridge resonant pulsation laser power supply with high power. And it introduces the charging technique of high voltage pulsed power supply based on the series resonant converter. The resonant courses are analyzed particularly with the full bridge series resonant converter as the example. The relativity between the instantaneous energy storage voltage and charring circuit parameters has been educed. It gives the main waveforms and the design method. The application of CPLD technique and Philip's P89C664 make computer control real. Experimental results showed the full bridge resonant laser power supply reaches the index of high power and efficiency; has the advantages of small volume, light weight and high precision; can make full use of the rated value of power switch and the power supply even more reliable.
