Research On Signal Processing System And Hardware Design Of Multi-beam Swath Bathymeter

Multi-beam swath bathymeter is a seafloor mapping equipment which has high efficiency of measuring, high precision of measuring, high resolution of measuring. It fits for wide sweep mapping especially. With the developing of science & technology and the changing of market demand, the bathymeter has already become the trend of this field at present to the development of miniaturization. The paper is on the basis of first multi-beam swath bathymeter of our country, carry on research miniaturization of bathymeter.In the paper, the main works are exploiting a set of signal processing system for shallow multi-beam swath bathymeter. Main function of signal processing system is to deal with primitive beam data and to reach to depth information at first, secondly it can coordinate the work of every main equipment in the bathymeter and exchange the data with the computer.In the thesis, firstly, to design emulation analysis for the more study and ripe gradually fast energy center convergence algorithm in recent years, lay the theoretical foundation for the workbench which designs the algorithm. Then, having designed the hardware workbench for the signal processing system, the thesis introduce the interface between the key device DSP of the signal processing system and main device of periphery in detail. Meanwhile, the using CPLD and FLASH that can be wiped and writed many times solves systematic logic and storing program problem, that enhances the flexibility for the system.This paper researchs the design of the system software finally, has designed the convenient and reliable method of bootload program, has solved the problem that the signal processing system works alone. The paper has laid the foundation for the further development of shallow multi-beam swath bathymeter in job.
