The Design And Research Of Demonstration Platform Based On Lifting System

With the rapid development of electronic technology and the variety and intelligence of mine, developing a new and effective countermeasure of mine has been an important part of modern naval defensive industry. The mine-hunting sonar system is produced for this propose, and it detects the mine's positions by using of ultrasonic wave emitted by the sonar array which is installed on the bottom of the ship.A dipping mine-hunting sonar array is the central mine-hunting equipment in the mine-hunting ship. Mine-hunting sonar array plays an important role in mine-hunting system: it can identify and detect the target of mines, can ascertain the mine's positions at the same time, can monitor the mine sweeper during destroying mines. Under the control of lifting system, the mine-hunting sonar array should be discharged to working position of the sonar well if it is working, it should be lifted to sailing position of the sonar well if not. The function of lifting system is to:(l) discharge or lift the mine-hunting sonar array, monitor the load of the weight cable;(2) compact the mine-hunting sonar array firmly in the working position and protect from the jump of mine-hunting sonar array.(3) bolt the mine-hunting sonar array firmly in the sailing position even during the time of power-breakdown and the rolling mine-hunting ship.This thesis discusses the demonstration platform is based on the real lifting system of the mine-hunting ship, and can simulate the whole process of working. 386 host computer is the center of the control system which controls lifting system. But the demonstration platform is independent of the host computer by reason of its own control system. There is a RS422 serial communication bus between the demonstration platform and the host computer.At any moment the demonstration platform can report the going to the host computer and respond the host computer's orders through the serial communication bus.
