Along with the development of the ocean science and technology, the moving targets of underwater such as the submarine, torpedo, mine, ROV, have been developed dramatically: the period of upgrade is shortened and the performance is advanced obviously. How to verify the performance of the moving targets of underwater? How to evaluate the new generation? In the background, the system of remote control, remote sensing comes out, it is used to examine the moving targets of underwater, the main task to offer remote sensing equipment for some underwater moving targets test, this paper mainly introduce the design and realization of interface extension of the system of location, remote sensing.The function of the system mainly include the colletion of the information of remote sensing, location, the plus control of receiver, and the serial communication. In the colletion of the information of location, remote sensing, MCU and FPGA work in phase, collect the information, and shield interferential signal in the form of digital limitation; the plus control of receiver control the plus mainly in the base of the rule of underwater signal transmit attenuation, achieve the aim of regulating SNR; the serial communication is the control command and the transmitting information of location, remote sensing from the receiver.After finished, the system is tested partly in the pool, gets some data, finish prospective task.
