Brushless DC motor possesses the properties of alternate motor, such as simple structure, reliably course, convenient maintain, and so on. Brushless direct current motor also has the characteristics of direct current motor, such as efficiency, no-excitation-wastage. So the appliance of brushless DC motor is on behalf of the development direction of new-style electrically transmission.In recent years, the properties of permanently magnetic material have been improved and its price also has been decreasing. At the same time, electronics has been increasingly developed and the increasingly advanced properties of motor in every area are required. All these mentioned above accelerate the development of brushless DC motor and make it be applied in more and more fields.In this paper, the configuration and the basic work principle of brushless DC motor are analyzed and its scientific mathematical model is established. Based on these work mentioned above, the control system of permanent-magnetic brushless DC motor by DSP is designed. The software program of the control system of brushless DC motor is compiled with CC2000 assemble language and carries out the aim to control the brushless DC motor digitally. In another, the no-position sensor of brushless DC motor is researched and the detective circuit of position-signal of the rotor is designed which is based on the method of passing zero of electromotive force and replaces the hall sensor in the motor.
