Because cable-stayed bridge has many merits such as long span, light and beautiful structure, well air dynamical stability, single framework style and so on , it becomes the mostly bridge style in bridge construction. Cable of cable-stayed bridge is the main portion to bear the all weight and its endure will directly effect the bridge safety. Due to slope cable bears barely alternative load longtime in nature environment, it is easy to corrosion and wreck. Seriously, the bridge is possibility to collapse in strictness air empoison, water pollution, seashore and ocean surroundings. Therefore, to study cable's corrosion widely and to inhibit corrosion process are very important for increase endurance and safety of bridge construction.Corrosion action slope cable used in cable-stayed bridge in different corrosion medium such as synthesis sea water, solution NaCl and simulation acid rain are studied by electrochemical method, for example, linear polarization, Tafel extrapolation and AC impedance method. The main research content and conclusion is:1. The research importance of cable's corrosion behavior in cable-stayed bridge is introduced in brief, and the research status quo about cable's corrosion is summarized. Scan speed's affection for cable corrosion speed is studied, it is founded that the rapider the scanning rate, the bigger the measured corrosion current density, that is the quicker the corrosion rate, 8mV/s is the best scan speed.2. The result of corrosion research in NaCl solution show that epoxy coating steel strand's anti-corrosion is the best. Bare steel strand's corrosion speed is the quickest in 5% NaCl solution, slower in 20% NaCl solution; galvanized steel strand's corrosion rate is largest in 3% NaCl solution, smaller in 20% NaCl solution, the smallest in 5% NaCl solution. epoxy coating steel strand's corrosion speed has the maximum in 20% NaCl solution and the minimum in 5% NaCl solution. Compared to bare steel strand, galvanized steel strand's anti-corrosion is worse in 3% NaCl solution.3. The result of corrosion research in different pH value simulation acid rain show that bare steel strand has a low corrosion rate at pH=4, corrosion rate at pH=2 and pH=6 is larger; epoxy coating steel strand's corrosion current intensity decrease with pH value's minish; reverse to epoxy coating steel strand, galvanized steel...
