As one of vehicle core techniques, the two important symbol characteristics of the transmission system transmission are economic and convenient character. Economic is that power losing of the transmission system should be small, namely efficiency should be high. Convenience is that gear shift should be implemented easy. Currently, the new type of transmission system named as dual clutch transmission system (DCT) is been becoming the focus for automotive company because of its good economic and convenient character.Dual clutch transmission which is based on the existent MT manufacture technics, inherits many advantages of the manual transmission such as high transmission efficiency, compact package space, light weight and low cost etc. has excellent launch and shift characters, and so has good development future. Research of the dual clutch transmission is on the beginning stage, and deeply research must have positively propulsive significance for self-development capability of domestic automatic transmission.This paper mainly studies on the following aspects based on the transmission parameters of SC7130 vehicle.1,Through analyzing configuration principle and power transmission mechanism, contrasting the characteristic of dry and wet DCT and basing on the transmission parameters of SC7130, the configuration of the paper's research object, dry DCT is fixed.2,Set up dynamic model of the DCT when launching and shifting through anglicizing numerical model of the engine and mathematics model of the diaphragm spring clutch, and predigesting the influence factor. Moreover, analyze the two important criteria of the clutch engagement process.3, On the premise of meeting launching characteristics requirement of the vehicle, by adopting engine output torque regulating means through adjusting angle of engine ignition advance and throttle opening, realizing decreasing accuracy and difficulty of dual-clutch slipping control, sequentially improving controllability of the automatic transmission system.4,Through analyzing the optimal engagement rule of the clutch, the control strategy of launching is put forward that 1st and 2nd gear are both applied in the process of...
