Along with rapid development of modern industry and science and technology, production equipments become bigger and bigger with good performance and many functions. Moreover, their structure is also more complex than ever. All of these results from automation and intellectualization of production equipments with high efficiency and large scale day by day. Once something is wrong with equipments, this will result in not only heavy economical loss but also other some important questions. Conditional monitor and fault diagnosis widely as well as reasonable service system is advantageous to promoting the safe operation cycle of equipments. Meanwhile, it is necessary for high product quality and stable production which can saves the operating cost of equipments and the increase social economy benefits.In many cases, the vibration is useless and the harmful. On the contrary, the vibration is beneficial in certain situations. Many technological processes may be finished effectively or the working efficiency of some machines may be promoted using the vibration.
