Firstly, we run the freezing dryer without anything, in order to determine the actual technique function index signs of this machine,the index signs contain the lowest temperature of the layers, the heat velocity of the layers, the lowest temperature of the moisture coagulator , the time that the vacuum arrives the extreme limit, the tallest vacuum degree of the system and the leak air rate of the system. Secondly, in order to exactitude account how much consumed power when the freezing dryer freeze out 1 kg water, I still did pure water freezing-drying experiments, packing the quantity distinguishes to lkg,3kg and 5kg, from the experiments, we knew that when the freezing dryer freezed out 1kg it need 19.2 degrees electric power. I further researched on the function index signs of this machine, during the experiments, the freezing dryer appeared a lot of trouble, I studied and analysed it, I improved the inconsequence of the structure in the freezing dryer, for developing new experiment use freezing dryer and large freezing dryer to provide basis.
