In this paper, we analyzed the fire resistance research situation of reinforced concrete structure domestic and abroad. Summarized the material properties of reinforced concrete resulting from high temperature. Numerical calculation to the temperature field of structural member and hyperstatic structure was also carried. Simulated and comparised the temperature field with software ANSYS. In base of this , we calculated the bearing capacity of structural building in the condition of high temperature. Thus established foundation for evaluation and repair of structural members. In the present paper, a simplified calculating method of reinforced concrete midcontinental region temperature field was put forward. Also we discussed some boundary conditions and corresponding solutions of heat - transfer equation. As to high-temperature bearing capacity of reinforced concrete beam with three surfaces exposing to fire, numerical calculation was carried out with three fold - line model. Associating with engineer example, calculating program of temperature field with finite difference calculus was also developed. The result show that the calculating results accord with the physical circumstances. As to the reinforced concrete members with high temperature, numerical calculating formula of bearing capacity of beam with three surfaces exposing to fire, column under large or small eccentrical compress were deducted. The results of comparison showed that the method put forward in the present paper was reasonable, which can satisfy the need of precision. After the calculation and simulation of temperature field to the reinforced concrete component as well as the calculation of static baring capacity, thus will provide technical basis and condition for evaluation and repair of reinforced concrete.
