The performance of the space optical system is determining the performance of space telescope, reconnaissance satellite and weapon system to a great extent. Optical synthetic aperture technology is very efficacious means to raise the performance of the space optical system, its technological degree of difficulty is very great. This article has mainly researched the optical synthetic aperture principle demonstration prototype, including the dynamics simulation and FEA. it will offer technical support for our country's research of optics synthetic aperture technology afterwards.Firstly, The structures analysis of the optical synthetic aperture principle demonstration prototype has been introduced. On the basis of these, has modeled the three dimension modeling of this system, analyzed the force of the segment mirror's rotational mechanism and rigid-flexible coupling dynamics simulation. Thirdly, analyzed the key parts of the system by making use of the finite element soft. Finally, the improved project has been designed and simulated, which can solve the problem of the disadvantages of the system by combining theoretic analysis, kinetic simulation and debugging results.For the adjustable segment mirror's gesture, using flexible hinge to achieve the rotation in second of the segment mirror is a kind of key technology. In order to make the simulation more approach to the fact condition. The flexible body has been introduced to ADAMS, and researched the simulating method of Rigid-Flexible Coupling Dynamics in ADAMS. Firstly, have proved the method's validity by comparing with academic analysis; then, detailed discusses the effect to the whole system of flexible hinge's distortion while adjusting the segment mirror's gesture.The experiment is one of the most important parts. The stability experiment and the reduplicate experiment validate the results of theoretic analysis. Finally, has taken the project of locking the end of the segment mirrors and discussed the project's principle and demonstrate.
