With the coming of ageing society and transforming of man's healthy conception, heart health becomes a noticeable social problem. In the special need of the wardship to the heart disease, the investigation and designation for a set of telemedicine ECG detecting system is presented in this paper.In addition to study the human ECG producing principle and the practical meaning of its remote detecting, the author analyzed the character of the ECG signal and its main disturb source deeply, and studyed request of ECG signal detecting. Based on the study of several methods of remote transmission, the GPRS technical is chosen for the telemedicine ECG detecting system.Considering the character of ECG signal and its disturbance, the ECG detecting hardware system is designed in this work. The effect of the hardware system is ensured through the reasonable designation of a band-pass filter coefficient, and several simulations and experiments for this detecting circuit. Based on the analyses of the GPRS module control method, the corresponding hardware control circuit is designed in this paper.In the software project, PIC bottom program is used to collect the ECG data and control the AT injunction to the GPRS module, which realize the wireless transmission of ECG data.Using VC++ developing method and Winsock software programming technique, a telemedicine monitoring software for ECG detecting system is designed, which make the ECG signal's remote watch possible.Considering the large numbers of the ECG data, the author analyzes the methods on compression of ECG singnal. In this paper,the method is based on wavelet transform and adaptive coding.It can obtain better compression ratio and reflect the accurate detail of original signal.The telemedicine ECG detecting system can monitor the cardio patient sufferer when he is under the free condition. The system has advanced technical and practice application value.
