Whether the long-range aerocraft can complete the flight mission has the direct relation with the performance of the fire work departing installation, so it has the great reality significance to optimize the structure of space navigation departing installation.Since the departing process of fire work departing installation is a highly nonlinear transient dynamic process, it relates to many speciality field, and the characteristic of the material is very complex under the highly rate and highly pressure distortion, the design methods and the design formulae by experience which has been used for a long time are very limited, the facter which truly affect the departing process of fire work departing installation cannot been reflected in the design calculation, the structure modelling and optimization of the fire work departing installation is cannot been carried out by the traditional optimization method.In this paper the Response Surface Method (RSM) is introduced into the structure optimization of linear fire work departing installation, which make the target fuction explicit, adopt the big finite element procedure to numerically simulate the departing process of the fire work departing installation instead of the expensive substance experiment, establish reasonable optimization model and resolve it, the final result is satisfied, and analyse the question presented during optimization process in detail. In this paper the RSM is described comprehensively, and bring forward the least experiment dots design method based on the formly design of experiment, which adapts to the numerical simulation, furthermore its rationality is explained. This method makes the quantity of experiment dots decreases but the approximate precision changes little.In this article, the process of linear departing installation by fire work is mumerically simulated by ANSYS/LS-DYNA, and discusses how to increase the accurateness of numerical simulation.
