At present,an anti-crack method is that expansive agent is mixed into concrete. The proper amount of the expansive agent mixed into concrete can't only lessen the shrinkage of concrete but also improve the dense of concrete, the anti-infiltrate of concrete swell too. The last 20 years, the dosage of shrinkage-compensating is 40,000,000m~3 in China, and it is the most in the world. Except the successful example, however, there are some aborted projects. Expansive agent is mixed into concrete, on the contrary the anti-crack capability of concrete recede and the phenomena of evening intension reverse often take place.This text, we mainly do experiments on the base of the truth that expansive agent control splitting. First, fixing on the dosage of expansive agent, then we mix the polymer or polypropylene fiber re into expansive agent in order to improve the anti-cracking performance and the anti-infiltrate of concrete. Through the comparison and analysis of result that are tested, we choose a kind of relatively excellent anti-crack material proportion—GT anti-crack material. And we recommend several methods about constructing and the attention of the GT anti-crack material in construction.My research result indicate: Designing double-desk expansive agent and polymer, Designing double-desk expansive agent and polypropylene fiber,with the right construction method is very good to resist concrete crazing. Henceforth,the method can be introduced to the structure field.
