| Cast-in-place concrete floor is a well-adopted structure type in industry and residential buildings. However, the cracks in cast-in-place concrete floor are becoming one of the serious problems in these buildings and affect the normal life of people. And it's a frequently occurred common problem and a hot-complaint quality issue in recent years. In order to explore this baffling problem and to crack down on it, this article explains initially how the cracks in cast-in-place concrete floor come from. Based on research in many project samples, the cracks-forming reasons come to three aspects:design, construction and materials. Through the test of the concrete mixed with synthetic fiber, the strength and flat experiments are studied. And the results show that synthetic fiber can improve the anti-cracking behavior and reduce the shrinkage cracks of concrete. Meanwhile, the anti-cracking mechanism of polypropylene fiber is discussed. And mixing with synthetic fiber suitability can increase the pressure strength of concrete. The research achievement of the thesis has already been used in practical engineering for preventing the cracks in cast-in-place concrete floor. Thus, this essay is of realistic value to in struct construction and avoid the cracks in cast-in-place. |
