In order to clean atmosphere environment, utilize reproducible energy and bring human society sustaining development, the paper researches into a diesel engine waste-heat power generation system with the purpose of the recovery of a diesel engine waste-heat resource.Based on the research of the related fields home and abroad and combined work condition, in allusion to the feature of diesel engine waste-heat generation, the comparison were made between the current equipments utilizing diesel engine waste-heat and the low boiling point working fluid—R11 is chosen, the evaporator, condenser, steam turbine-generator group and so on compose the organic Rankine cycle thermal system model. Based on the thermodynamics, the operational parameters (enthalpy, entropy, working fluid flux, Reynolds number, steam eject velocity) is calculated, mainly parts (steam turbine-generator, condenser, nozzle) structure parameter is calculated in power generation system, the gained power generation is calculated in system. At the same time, the thermal mathematic model of working-fluid—water condenser is established and the steady diathermancy program is worked out in a allusion to the mini-type Shell-and-Tube condenser. Utilizing this simulated program, it analyzes that R11 and cooling water affect to the diathermanous performance of condenser, discusses the condenser structure depending on the working-fluid, cooling water, temperature, velocity of flow.The paper brings forward optimized design of the steam turbine-generator jet nozzle, utilizing finite-element method , by Matlab software, numerically simulates the structure model of nozzle. At the same condition of difference in potential, it calculates that the structure of conical jet nozzle is optimized.The experimental model is not only applied to the research on diesel engine waste-heat power generation, but also could be applicable for the waste-heat...
