Studies of the law of gas jet interaction with liquid. Bulk-loaded liquid propellant gun is as the engineering project background of it. The main points are follows:Firstly, the development of bulk-loaded liquid propellant gun in the world were reviewed and summarized.The experimental of gas jet interaction with liquid were developed. High-speed camera is used to record the expansion process of the gas jet. Got the law of gas jet interaction with liquid, and the change law of parameter in the flow field. The influence of nozzle hole diameter, jet pressure, chamber structure and liquid viscosity to jet shape has been approached.A model of gas jet expansion process is developed and solved by numerical computation. Established the foundation of understood the law of gas jet interaction with liquid.The theoretical studies of gas jet interaction with liquid were developed. A model of the no steady process of gas jet interaction with liquid is developed and solved by the commercial software FLUENT. The change law of parameter in the flow field has been obtained.
