| The vascular bioreactor is an important device about vascular remodeling, which offers a steady and physiological environment in vitro for functional vascular tissue development. Now many vascular bioreactors are used for tissue engineer blood vessels development. The hemodynamic theory is very basic for the research of vascular bioreactor. Mechanical properties of bioreactor cultured TE blood vessels approached those of native aorta. The vascular bioreactor in which the in vitro hemodynamic conditions are created shows very important for dynamically cultured TE blood vessel. The vascular bioreactors are artificial devices. In order to develop a true biological vascular device a dynamic physiological environment needs to be created. Every vascular bioreactor has its characteristics. But they all offer a simulated pulsatile strain and hemodynamic conditions. In those studies they mainly research hemodynamic conditions. The biomechanical conditions are very complex. Now there are few studies about pull or wring vascular. The vascular bioreactor can offer physiological environment, but the vascular bioreactor need the advanced research.This paper research the dynamic culture system based on the hemodynamic conditions, and it offers a good simulated physiological environment. The following results were attained:(1) The thesis analyzed the current literatures and summarized the up-to-date experimental methods on the vascular bioreactor. The biomechanical conditions about vascular remodeling were especially reviewed. |
