Motion-control technology is the hard core of electromechanical integration technology. It is of great significance for enhancing our electromechanical integration technology to develop motion-control technology. The development of motion-control technology is the rhythm of manufacturing automation progress and the pivotal technology of the new industrial revolution improvement. Consequently, it is an important task to grasp the newest trends of motion-control technology, to develop the correlative products and algorithms on motion-control and deeply research and improve the motion-control technology.The paper makes deep study on motion-control technology and its newest fruit, introduces the motion-controller's difference and sorts according to the applications. Meanwhile, it makes a simple and clear introduction in the condition of our country's motion-control technology. Its focus is placed on several algorithms as follows:1,Specifically tracks to special hardware with axis sometimes are needed, so the PMAC controller of the United States Delta Tau Digital System Co. provides PVT (Position P, Velocity V, Time T) to produce slippy and accurate tracks. Therefor, we have developed a algorithm on PVT based on our control board.2,With the development of computer technology and motion-control technology, we need to improve the precision and velocity of laser cutting in the process of laser cutting.
