Study of this dissertation is development and application of embedded controller based on microprocessor ARM. The model reference adaptive control system theory is adopted and winding synchrodrive motor control is obtained. Master drive of each unit is alternating current asynchronous motor droved by frequency-converter. This dissertation's emphasis is on the problem of designing a model reference adaptive controller. In order to deal with the problem that the performance of the system is influenced by the variable parameters, alternating current speed regulation control system with model reference adaptive is designed. Better performance is obtained comparing with classical control method. The detailed design of scheme is introduced. The models of frequency-converter and AC motor is built and simulated by Simulink of Matlab. Theoretical analysis of model conference control is made. Control algorithm is given and the control system of model conference adaptive is simulated. The simulation confirms that model reference adaptive control can overcome the influence caused by the variable parameters.According to the hardware require of the control system, ARM7S3C4510B is selected. The peripheral circuit of A/D, D/A, including the interface circuit and the anti-interference to the hardware is extended on the basis of ARM developed board. The model conference adaptive control algorithm is applied to the actual system and compared with PID control algorithm. Experiment results prove that the control dynamic performance of this design is better than conventional design and this method is better than conventional method in improving the performance of the system.
