Research On The Surrounding Rock Stability And The Mechanical Character Of Support Structure For The TBM Tunnel

The main project of the Hydraulic Project in Liaoning province is to be excavated by TBM and drilling and blasting method. Based on the research of the books and documents of TBM tunnels and the Hydraulic project, some analysis is taken on the surrounding rock stability and the lining mechanical characters between the TBM tunnel and the drilling and blasting tunnel. At the same time, the comparison of economic is carried on between the two kinds of tunnel.Emphasis is put on several aspects as:Firstly, the lining type of the underground structure and the TBM tunnels, the surrounding rock classification of the tunnel being used now, and the influence of the geologic feature to the TBM tunnel are summarized. Then the surrounding rock classification and the recommended parameters of support structure for TBM tunnel are put forward.Secondly, the impact of the bad geologic condition to the construction and lining of the TBM tunnel is analyzed, and based on the research of the disposal on example projects, the methods to deal with the construction drilling through bad geologic sections are concluded.Thirdly, the surrounding rock stability and the lining mechanical characters of the TBM tunnels and the drilling and blasting tunnels are contrasted, which tests that the TBM tunnel is superior to the drilling and blasting tunnel. Moreover, TBM tunnel has advantage to the drilling and blasting tunnel on economic, which will be good to the development of the society economic and the tunnel technology.At last, main conclusions, the shortage and the prospect are concluded, and the point of view and personal opinion are put forward.
