The Research Into The Combustion Control System Of Marine Main Boiler

This paper is aimed at design a fuzzy-PID control mode to control the combustion of marine boiler by analyzing the dynamic characteristic of marine boiler according to the motion traits of boiler and demands of combustion control system. The fuzzy tool box of MATLAB is applied to study and simulate the boiler system.First, the working principles of the combustion control system of marine boiler in present use and its disadvantages are discussed in the paper; in the light of the structure and motion traits of marine main boiler. Then, the control scheme is designed according to the motion traits of marine boiler and demands of combustion control system.In chapter 3, the papers introduced the theory of fuzzy control and give the method of how to design a fuzzy-PID control system. The controller uses the error and its changing rate as the input single to control the output value and adjust the parameter of PID controller.At the end, the conclusion is drawn through the results of simulation by using the fuzzy tool box of MATLAB.
