The wind power generation is one of the cleanest, most practicable and business development future in renewable resources .The grid-connected wind power generator system will be the main development trend of wind power utilization, so the way how to convert the variational wind energy into power for grid connected is the key technology of wind power utilization, and also it is the research focus in the area of renewable resources utilization.The paper discusses a wind power grid-connected scheme used in the aspect of renewable resources utilization. The scheme used the synchronization permanent magnet generator as wind power generator, a power electronics interface—grid-connected inverter between generator and grid is designed. The main study of this paper is as follows: at first, based on the analysis of the grid-connected standard of distributed wind power generator system, discuss the advantages and disadvantages of the grid-connected scheme, a new PFC +DC/AC inverter topology structure is introduced. In the third chapter, the Boost DC and the single phase inverter circuit is studied in detail. In the control strategies, a double closed loop control framework based on the average current mode is applied in the PFC system and the corrector can tend to be unit power factor, voltage regulation and low current harmonics. The inverter system uses the voltage model grid-connected output current track control scheme to make the output current the same frequency and phase with grid voltage. According to the analysis of the mathematics model of inverter system, the design process of digital controller is introduced in detail. And else disturb method to realize MPPT control of wind power generator system is discussed to achieve the maximum output power value and utilization efficiency. In the paper, the simulation software Matlab/Simulink is used to model and simulate the control system, the control strategy are validated and the circuit parameters were optimized. The simulation result proves the inverter can solve the problem of wind power grid connected and low speed wind power utilization effectively and has the characteristics of unit power factor and low harmonics.Aim at the 2KW wind power generation system in the lab, the main circuit parts is selected. The high performance digital signal processor TMS320LF2407+AT89C51 double CPU control framework is applied in the hardware design of control system.
