Bucket loader is a kind of well-used efficient project vehicle, it is widely applied in loading and unloading of various sorts of goods. However, it is hard to meaure its weight by common measuring apparatus because of its heavy body, short axle distance and on moving work circumstance, or else it will decrease its efficiency. So it needs finding a method to measure its weight during working in order to solve this problem.On the basis of deeply analysis of bucket loader in dometic and aboard, the load measure instrument mentioned in this paper is mainly designed against the ZL series bucket loaders. It can measure and calculate the working load automatically, and finally print out the results. Combine with the analysis of basic forces structure, after pre-know weight measurement, this system can self-calibrate the parameters and figure out the load by virtue of memories and prints models. It can be properly used in the most working environments especially in tough conditions.The load measure instrument mentioned in this paper uses the newest Motorola Inc. products MC9S12DP256, combine with A/D convertor, digital input, CAN bus communication as well as input and output communication modules such as keyboard, LCD and mini printer. It is mainly designed against the ZL series bucket loaders which is the most popular in China, through optimization of its structure model, work out a loads measure system that can calibrate itself. With the help of monitoring the key working parameters of loader, it achieves an integrated electronic contol system of the whole vehicle.After experiment testing, the result shows that it is a good control system with high anti-disturb ability which is apt for various kinds of bucket loaders. It has proper adaptability, lowers driver's working intensity efficiently and improves working efficiency, possessing very high value of developpment.
