From the just start, it pays attention not only to the improvement of site and architectural environment, but also to the utility of land involving the whole environment, such as territory, city, community etc. Large scale landscape planning is among the highlight progresses on modem landscape, since the consolidation and progress of ecological view and wide use of new technology result in landscape planning taking the responsibility to administrate land.The theory of integration is not the real world we feel, but a way we observe the real world. This theory not only reflects the means we learn the world and the laws the world is organized, but has much significance on administration and planning land as a whole.The changes of regional environment affect the functioning of ecology-supported system of the city, and also decide the quality of the living environment and urban landscape. Besides, as an ecological system mainly consisted with artificial facilities and environments, a city plays a great influence to the ecological balance and stability of the region. So, the study of a comprehensive way of landscape and ecology construction of a city from regional angel is very important.Through the research of theories on ecology and urban landscape and some practical projects, this thesis establishes a theoretical system.. After investigations of landscape resource and public perception, it conducts the study of methods of connect regional planning, city planning with landscape on regional level. The important part of this paper is the study of the theory of the connect regional planning, city planning with landscape on the basis of the theory sustainable development.
