With the rapid development of high-rise buildings, foundation work is playing more and more important part in unit engineering as a independent divisional engineering, and the fabrication cost of foundation work is also taking more and more weight. So the safety problems, quality guarantee, engineering progress, impact on environment and some other factors effect design of base and choose of base forms. Therefore, how to choose a base program which is economic and rational and can satisfy function requirement, which can reduce cost and also satisfy every kind of limited factors is a problem that deserves us to research on.In order to research the technical and economic target of macro-aperture artificial excavated pore-pile and high intensity static pressure prestressing force pipe pile, we choose these two kinds of base form of drafted project Zhongyuan Edifice which is located at 89, Changchun Street as an example.
