As the energy crisis has been becoming increasingly serious nowadays, distributed generation systems have been built up in developed countries to improve energy efficiency and promote the development of cooling heating and power system. Generation systems, driven by gas turbine, diesel and fuel battery, have been applied to building cooling heating and power system (BCHP) in developed countries like USA, UK and Japan. The demands for energies, power in particular, had been accelerating with the improving of life standard and economic development. As a result, power systems and power plants have been expanding rapidly recent years, which brings convenience and challenge concerning power safety, demand and supply. Furthermore, hot issues including environmental pollution, disasters, energy crises have exerted increasing impact on people's daily life. Building cooling heating and power system (BCHP) with small-scale, driven by gas turbine, can not only ease the pressure of power supply and gas shortage in summer, but also meet the demands which cannot be satisfied by large-scale power system and enhance environmental protection. On the basis of primary energy consumption, this paper is mainly concerned with the following sections: transformation of power produced by combined cooling heating and power system, analyses of lithium bromide absorption refrigerator and ejector-compressor refrigeration, various functions of the combined system and distributed system in summer's cooling, winter's heating and the transitional period between spring and autumn, finally drawing a conclusion as to the influencing factors in the combined system. Principles and samples have been provided as to the application of combined building cooling heating and power system (BCHP). The paper reaches a conclusion that compared with distributed power system, the combined BCHP to some extent can promote energy efficiency and economic profits; various elements should be taken into consideration in...
