Along with high-rise construction design theory development, how to reasonably determine the rigidity of shearing wall in a frame-shearing wall structure always is a topic which the domestic and foreign scholars studies. The home generally uses the checking calculation method after designing by experience designs. This method has to pass through complicaing computation repeatedly to be able to achieve the goal,and also the quality of design proposal decides by designer's skill in very great degree; Some scholars also proposed the method of how to determine shearing forcewall quantity reasonable,such as the optimized design which is based on best garrisons intensity and the smallest earthquake function. But often shearing force wall quantity is not the province. Based on macroscopic investigation of earthquake disaster,Japanese proposed to by length or area of each squaremeter as target of shear wall quantity needs that high-rise structure does not send the destruction. Because this method had not considered the inner relations between the rigidity of shear wall and the earthquake function,It can not solves the problem fundamentally.In earthquake area, if the rigidity of shear wall choosed is slightly, it can not cannot reach the goal that resist horizontal earthquake function; If increases the rigidity,then the earthquake function possible to enlarge correspondingly.After all,there is a issue that how to confirm the rigidity of shear wall.If the rigidity can satisfy the standard about the displacement limiting value and the component ductility, and causes quantity of shearing forcewall smallest,the rigidity is an optimum value.This article first summarized some experimental which predecessors has done, then obtained that anti-seismic structure design must control the between-storey distortion and total distortion of structure. Using distortion to Description the Performance parameter of anti-seismic structure may not only manifest the structural unit the extent of damage better.but also can sufficient control the performance capability of the non- structural component.The shear wall rigidity determined by the rigidity characteristic value of structure, in situation that section size of beam and column and shear stiffness basicly determined. The third chapter of this paper obtains the expression of endogenic force and displacement through analysing the joint operation of frame and shear wall,and proposes a method of solving structure best rigidity characteristic value.The fourth chapter infers the best rigidity the expression of shear wall based on the limited value the structure apex.Finally, a case study applied direct this method for a twelve-storey frame-wall buildings is included, and the analysis of the frame-wall buildings with regular type are completed.
