With the development of cold-formed steel, cold-formed steel association component has been widespread availability in the recent years. After this association component has confectioning, there are cold-bend built-in stress and welding built-in stress. They have great influence in the resistance to overturning of association component during compressing. Because of the complex course of working of cold-formed steel association component, the difficulty of theory analyses is very great. At present, the research production about the cold-bend built-in stress and welding built-in stress contribution to the resistance to overturning of association component is very little, and there are many shortage, so that it lack resistance to overturning of association component design formula in the design specifications.This article associates with the research production about the cold-formed steel, cold bend built-in stress and welding built-in stress at present. According to the distribute form of the cold bend built-in stress and the cold-formed steel welding built-in stress. I simulate analysis the resistance to overturning of the cold-rolled middle thick parietal layer high frequency welding square-tube pole component when simple acts by the cold-bend built-in stress and acts by the cold-bend built-in stress and welding built-in stress under the confection of the initial deficiency .The components can be divided into three groups, every group has three varied thickness, which are eight mm, ten mm and twelve mm. At the meantime, every thickness specific analyses ten variant length.I analysis the limiting bearing capacity of the single welded seam and the double welded seam cold-bend square limb and rectangle limb, and obtain curve during various conditions when I consider the influence of the cold-bend built-in stress , the welding built-in stress and the initial deficiency.
