| With the fast development of industry, the pollution of source of drinking water turns worse and worse, and the quantities and varieties of pollutant gets more and more. On the other hand, the demand of people on drinking water quality gets higher and higher. Therefore, the common traditional depurating techniques couldn't meet nowaday's demand. So we need new method, much more better.The problem is Heilongjiang Province 863 problem, using ozone and immobilizing biological activated carbon(IBAC) together technology depurates drinking water. The new technology has been applied in water and gas factory in Daqing city and water affairs office in Shenzhen city and get good results. Identified the 13 species living in IBAC through their circadian and biochemistry detecting and 16S rDNA gene sequence checking to genus and category, and in all have got 7 microbes. They are Alcaligenes faecalis.bacterium and Bacillus sp. bacillus.At the same time, Analysed and discussed the zoology succession regulation of bacteria in IBAC. Compare the species between new carbon and old carbon tank. In water and gas factory in Daqing city, 5 activated carbon tanks were measured, 1 is comparable tank, and 4 are IBAC, in the 4 tanks, 2 are filled with new activated carbon and the other 2 are filled with old. Compare the water depurating in 4 tanks, we get the ones filled new activated carbon are best than the filled old one and comparable one. The average permanganate figure of water depurated by filled new AC ones is 1.10mg/L, the average removal ratio is 62.42% and the old ones is 2.35mg/L, removal ratio is 22.13%, so the tank filled with new AC depurates drinking water better, and rewashed time is longer, consequently, it can save more manpower ,fuel source and money. |
