Sudden disaster is unpredicted and it can cause huge destructive effect to the city, urban residents will be threatened because of it, therefore, evacuation outside of the building in emergency is worth to be researched deeply. The evacuation problems for evacuees and vehicles are simulated and researched using Multi-Agent simulation technique in this article, process of evacuation outside of the building is shown by visualization and different traffic capacities of evacuation in different evacuation room in different situations are evaluated by evacuation time as index. Returns of this article have important operation significance to optimize optimal paths and more efficient local evacuation project in the city in integrative evacuation management project.Two stages in evacuation are divided, impact on evacuation from different kinds of disaster, and kinds of evacuation manners, colony of evacuees are analyzed in this article, and 9 kinds of virtual traffic environment based on different simulation room and traffic agents (evacuees and vehicles) are constructed and the basic simulation rules are setup up by StarLogo which is a simulation software based on Multi-Agent technique.The phenomenon of evacuation and block are showed in the first stage in simulation and the sudden interference to streets close to threatened area from evacuees are evaluated by a figure about variety of traffic volume-time on these streets. Simulation in second stage are divided into two situations of evacuation: the situation of evacuation including walking evacuees only and the situation of mix flow of evacuation, the difference of evacuation time when evacuees walking along four different evacuation room which are crossing street, square, pedestrian bridge and underground passage are evaluated and analyzed, The fatigue is led in based on these bases and it's affection to evacuation time is also evaluated. The situation 2 which consists of evacuees and vehicles crossing intersection and T-intersection were simulated when evacuees take up a part of driveway.
