The Research Of The Control Of Scramjet Fuel Supply System With Two Phase Flow

Fuel supply control system is the core of the scramjet control system. Its performance and reliability decide the performance and reliability of the scramjet. as for the development of the high trust scale ramjet and the broaden of the flight range. The scramjet requires the fuel supply control system to be response fast, small control error and work reliably. But, because scramjet use the endothermal carbon hydrogen fuel as the refrigerant, when the temperature becomes high ,the fuel will be at the two phase flow state, and this result in more difficulty to the design of the fuel control system. The fuel that mixed with gas will change the density and the viscosity of the fuel, and influence the design of the control valve, the pipe and the nozzle. The density of the fuel changes so great that the control of the mass of the fuel becomes very difficult.And this infects the response velocity and the control error badly, as well as the stability of the fuel supply system. The performance and reliability of the scramjet will be destroyed. So there is a necessary to design a good controller to solve all these problems that bring by two-phase flow.This thesis analyzes the fuel supply control system of the scramjet with two phase flow. The content in this thesis mainly includes object modeling, dynamic characteristic analysis and the controller design etc. The idiographic work is as follows:1,The modeling of the scramjet fuel supply system with two phase flow. The thesis detailed analyze the configuration and the principium of the scramjet with the two phase flow, establish the model of the pipe, nozzle and valve in the scramjet fuel supply control system with the two phase flow. The simulation result demonstrates the rationality of pipe with the two phase flow.2,The dynamic analysis of the model of the scramjet fuel supply control system with the two phase flow. Based on the model that set up in chapter two, the thesis does the emulator calculate, and detailed analyze the dynamic characteristics of the scramjet fuel supply control system with the two phase flow, then do the differentiate and analyze discriminate of the model.
