Parkinson Disease (PD) is one kind of the dyskinesia diseases. it has a quite big sicken rate and has been a kind of common disease in nerve system. The PD patients suffer from huge affliction and the same to PD family. Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) is the most ideal way to treat PD currently all over the world because of its excellent performance. DBS can eliminate almost all symptom of PD and make a good living for PD patients. At the same time,DBS has a long term function to PD,but only does American Medtronic Inc develop and manufacture DBS and it is quite expensive. Its battery could be used up after several years then the whole stimulator inside should be changed again. Thereby,quite a lot of domestic people can't afford to the huge fee and homemade DBS has been the exigent expectation of the patients and their family. Therefore,it has quite huge social and economic benefits to design and produce DBS in our country.DBS generates a kind of weak electric pulse to treat PD and the amplitude,frequency,pulse width and polarity of the PWM electric pulse can be adjustable in light of different PD patients and different nucleus A kind of chargeable DBS design project based on MSP430 is introduced to solve the power problem by transcutaneous battery charger in the paper. The whole DBS system includes two main parts: one is the stimulator inside body and the other is the remote device outside body. The two parts must have the intercommunion of energy and signal. This paper is divided to four main parts. The first part is to describe how to design the non-contact charging system of DBS. The second part is to make up the wireless communication system. The third part is to devise the inner stimulator in detail and the last part is to design the outer remote device briefly.The simulator inside body is the most important part of the DBS system. and it's quite difficult to design. It must be implanted into PD patients'body,so it must have tiny shape, less power consumption and excellent security. Ultra low power consumption micro controller unit MSP430F149 is adopted in this system, at the same time,wireless transmission model nRF905 is used to compose the wireless communication system. nRF905 is small in volume and needs few external components,so all the circuit can be integrated into a small volume.
