Wushaoling Tunnel,20.05km long totally, with max. embedment over 1600m, which is the longest tunnel with the largest embedment, hard wall rock, complicated geology, high technology in construction. Because of complicated geology, it mainly includes soft rock. folding and fracture develop. Furthermore, groundwater in the lower part of inlet section is very rich, In order to obtain the targets of safety, speediness and high quality under complicated geology, On the base of collecting the technical information relative with tunnel construction in homeland and abroad as well as combining the characters of Wushaoling Long Tunnel.For the sake of realizing the above targets, there must be strict managerial system and scientific construction organization as the guarantee. In order to ensure the fast speed of lining construction, type of lining and lining platform must be studied. Construction technology study shall be made for the work of internationally advanced flexible integral roadbed inside the tunnel to meet the corresponding construction precision. Only were the above questions solved, Wushaoling Tunnel can be constructed successfully. There's a series of difficulties to be studied and solved during design and construction for Wushaoling Tunnel.the Paper studies the construction technology under bad geological conditions, lining technology and ventilation in long tunnel through theory research and analysis and method of indoor test together with site test. As Wushaoling Tunnel adopted the flexible integral roadbed with advanced level in the world, the Paper studies the weak integral roadbed construction.
