Jiaozhou bay is one of developed area, Qingdao economic technical development area, qingdao export processing zone, xihaian export processing zone, and qianwan port belong to there ,the basis Construction more and more Prosperous, because lots of soft soil exist in jiaozhou bay, then need finding a technical that is economic and reliable, the vacuum-heaped load combining preloading technique dealing with soft soil in jiaozhou bay have a lot of example, so main body of the article is study adaptability of vacuum-heaped load combining preloading technique in Jiaozhou bay by analysis of property of geology and monitors data. Theoretical analysis and FEM is used to verified the adaptability of vacuum-heaped load combining preloading technique and analysis reason of failure project.1, The character and changing law that it is distribution condition of soil layer and soft soil physical and mechanic property has been studied in Jiaozhou bay. Comparing with soft soil of south area, have a conclusion that the main soft soil hidden shallow, and deposit on bedrock, permeability and consolidation is better than other soft soil area, adaptability of vacuum-heaped load combining preloading technique is better.2, Studied monitoring data of the vacuum-heaped load combining preloading technique in Jiaozhou Bay, analysis the law of consolidation. By comparing with soft soil monitoring data of south area, from vacuum, pore pressure, horizontal displacement, settlement strength analyze the useful law of consolidation during preloading time in jiaozhou bay.3, Studied the horizontal displacement developing law during preloading time, established the formula that it connects vacuum pressure, heaped pressure, shape of preloading area, with horizontal displacement, it has been verified. And create a new equipment to monitor the groundwater level in preloading area.4,Making use of ABAQUS software, being in progress to simulate one of jiaozhou bay projects, pore pressure clear off quickly in there and must to mount the airproof wall protect from leak vacuum pressure.
