The hydraulic balanced wicket connecting levers and rolling wheels has been widely used in all kinds of water-conservancy projects because of its automatically switching, simple structure, low cost, etc. But it also has some asset problems, such as fluctuating pressure in the back of gate, continually swinging, flapping , the flood carrying is complex and so on . The paper mainly concerns about the stability analysis, stressing of structure and do some basic study of the fluctuating pressure. At the same time , the influence of the fluctuating pressure to the flood carrying and velocity was also approached, in order to make this gate is better applied not only in water-conservancy projects ,but also in shipping projects, city environmental and other correlative projects , which will make greater difference on social development and better living environment. The main contents of the paper is flowing:(1)The developments and operating principle of the hydraulic balanced wicket were introduced. Given the shaking reasons of the gate and studied the unstable constitution problem of the hydraulic balanced wicket, based on the working doctrine.(2) As the traditional design of the hydraulic balanced wicket does not take care of the fluctuating pressure. Some research has been done on the reason, mechanics, statistical regularity and the numerical analysis . The fluctuating pressure was studied by the approach of frequency spectrum analysis, and the pipes were designed in order to eliminate the fluctuating pressure.(3) According to 《esign specification for sluice》 (SL 265-2001) and 《 design specification for hydraulic reinforced concrete 》(DT/T5057-1996), Stress and the strain of the gate were analyzed by the software of ANSYS, and the results of the analyze can direct the gate...
