The Research On Job Shop Schedule System Based On Simulation And Its Application

Job shop scheduling system based on simulation is developed with eM-Plant according to the manufacturing mode of many kinds and little batch in this article. By using this sytem, some purpose can be reached such as improving the situation of completing the plan, showing the tasks clearly to the user or validating the feasibility of job shop schedule plan, which can guide job shop scheduling problem. Corresponding system models and arithmetic are developed according to different priority such as FCFS (First Come First Served) , SPT (Shortest Processing Time) , EDD (Earliest Due Date) . After the rough schedule plan is imported, if the model is run, all the results will be gained.In this article, firstly the process of constructing the simulation system and the application of arithmetic is introduced. Then we use this system to make simulation to a certain military shop in a certain cycle of schedule and gain the reasonable schedule plan according to priority FCFS after GA program is run.
