It is one of the important symbols that hydraulic driving technology is widely used in modern engineering machinery. Engineering machinery using Hydraulic driving system is a great leap from manipulation, control, layout, power utilization. Efficiency, design, control and application of hydraulic driving system are analyzed and researched on in the paper.The author analyzes theoretical input and output characteristics of three speed regulating systems firstly and then makes a research on efficiency characteristics of pumps, motors and the whole driving system in order to get the rules affected by a variety of factors. On the basis of this, analyze the actual output characteristics of the system.Design process of vibratory roller's hydraulic driving system is deducted so as to complete calculation, selection and verification of engines, motors and pumps and then according to this process, author establishes CAD model of the hydraulic driving system.The author probes into NFPE control of Sauer and DA control of Rexroth so as to analyze their principles, features and functionality for joint control of engine and hydraulic driving system. In view of the problem of speed-differential but not force-differential in parallel loop circuit, analyze the principle and characteristics of Sauer's ASC control and its anti-skid control principle under various modes.Based on comprehensive analysis and comparison of T/M and HST, the author does a more detailed introduction to full hydraulic loader's transmission system, operating system and hydraulic driving system. Meanwhile, vibratory roller's hydraulic driving system is analyzed. Its electronic control system, including the composition, manipulation and driving control, has been introduced carefully.
